Here at SalesWise, we wanted to better understand how such crucial platforms also cause so much headache, so we decided to investigate deeper.
We performed a study to measure the progress the industry has made in connecting email communication into CRM. Over 10 million CRM records were examined – emails, meeting invitations, documents attached, and the people involved – and compared directly with what existed within the respective email servers. The fundamental question was whether all of this important information is actually available via CRM to leaders, sellers, and the greater enterprise?
